From March 2024, we are using a brand new permitting system, therefore all applications will be classed as new. Please use the button above and apply for a new permit. Please note, LSP numbers cannot be carried forward.

Please note, that if you do not renew your permit and you continue to fish for, or take, lobster, crab, velvet crab or whelk from the fishery, you may be liable to prosecution.  It is the permit holder’s responsibility to ensure that they conform to the Authority’s byelaws at all times, which can be found at www.ne-ifca.gov.uk or by contacting NEIFCA.  Any person or persons breaching the Authority’s byelaw regulations could upon conviction be fined up to a maximum of £50,000.

If you need any assistance with the portal, please contact ne-ifca@eastriding.gov.uk.

IMPORTANT: the proposed changes to the byelaw are NOT in effect, the permit conditions will remain the same for this application process.
