North Eastern Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Authority is one of 10 authorities covering the English coast. Our primary statutory function is to manage the sustainable exploitation of sea fisheries resources. This is delivered through the monitoring of activities and enforcement of appropriate management measures including local and national regulations.
